This banker told me the bank communicated with QB the changes but QB uses a 3rd party to do their changes and they must not have completed them - again - don't really know what the bank name should be or the URL. After 10 days of hanging on the phone with the bank, emailing without response, contacting QB, I resorted to Facebook. I still don't believe they pulled their documentation that is online and incorrect. From what I understand (or think), they switched servers and no one at the bank can give me a strait answer on what the bank name should be - I've been given different names that none of which are on the QBO options to 'Add a Bank'.
